Organisation 5 year strategic aims – 2020-2025

As an organisation we always look forward to plan our future developments. We recently launched our five-year strategy which focuses on five strategic aims:

• We will promote our charitable aims and be recognised as a centre of excellence within the care and support sector
• We will enhance our services to meet our charitable aims and ensure that the people who use our services achieve the best outcomes for themselves
• We will increase our income through grants and fundraising activities so that we are able to meet our strategic aims and ensure that we remain sustainable and financially viable within the market
• We will ensure robust governance through our Board of Trustees
• We will be a sustainable Organisation
