Feedback

“I am so happy to live here. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is tranquil, just how I like it!”

“I cannot begin to express my thanks to all the staff for the care provided to my wife 24 hours per day. You are all quite magnificent bringing care and comfort to her and with that, our family. We are forever in your debt.”

“I would like to take this chance to thank you all for looking after my friend so well and for being so kind to me. It is a great comfort to me to know how much you are caring for her. Thank you so much.”

“On behalf of my sister and myself, we would like to thank all of the team at QME Care for the wonderful care that you have given to my mother over the last 5+ years. We could not have hoped for a better place for her to spend her last few years, and we will be forever grateful to you all.”

“We would like to thank you and all the staff for the amazingly kind, supportive, and compassionate care that was given to our relative during her stay with you. This also extends to the support that everybody gave to us as her relatives, right through from the Senior Team, to Nurses, Support Workers, Admin Staff, Activities Team, Domestic Staff, Estates, Cook, Volunteers, and I’m sure I’ll have missed so many more. Please pass on our immense gratitude.”

“I am writing to say how much we appreciated the care and love that was given to my sister during her 2 years at QME Care. She was so happy there and all the staff became her best friends and loved listening to all her amazing stories of her life. The food and the care could not have been better.”

“After visiting your home, I wanted to reach out to you to say I was most impressed by the atmosphere and feeling of wellbeing that I encountered. All of the staff that I met were happy, bright, professional, and positively charming. The residents that I talked to were relaxed and very well cared for. I am passionate about the role QME Care plays within our community.”

“I am writing to say how much we as a family appreciate the love and care Dad received from the wonderful staff at QME Care over the last 2 years. It was such a help for us, all far away, to know that he was in safe hands. However, the care that my brother and I have received over the last few days has been unbelievable. We have been wrapped in the same blanket as Dad: fed, supported and cared for, helped at every turn, and we simply can’t say a big enough thank you.”

“I am so touched at how you handled everything so sensitively when my loved one passed away.”

“We are always kept in the loop and it’s great to receive the weekly updates from QME. It’s lovely to keep in touch with what is happening.”

“I was very impressed by your team’s care and approach, as well as with your excellent facilities and the positive atmosphere in the home.”

“The Care Plan is one of the best I have seen! Very comprehensive but also personal. I wish the NHS Care Plans were as good!”

“Staff are exceptionally positive and my husband always receives 1st class care.”

“I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to QME Staff for the fantastic care that my grandmother received in the 9 months that she lived with you and also in the final days of her life. QME Care had become home for my grandmother and the staff had become like a second family to us, every member of the care team was kind, considerate, caring and most importantly respectful – a true reflection of the values that are set out at QME Care and a credit to the organisation. We were always greeted warmly by the care team and many of them went above and beyond to make my grandmother and her extended family feel welcome. We couldn’t have done it without you. Continue with the amazing work that you do!”

“We’re hugely appreciative of all that you and your colleagues did for mum. It’s good to know she was so well looked after in her final days.”

“I wish to thank all staff (Caring, Admin, Housekeeping, Laundry, Catering, Nursing, and any others that helped) from QME Care who helped in looking after my mother during her stay with yourselves, especially during these challenging times. I especially appreciated that she was able to go to your Christmas Carol Service and weekly Sunday Service as her faith was very important to her so I will always be grateful to the staff. Thank you all again.”

“Just a word of thanks to all who helped to organise the various activities over the last couple of weeks to celebrate my mum’s birthday, in particular the cakes and food and all the arrangements put on by the team were fantastic and enjoyed by mum and all of our family.”

“The office staff are all so nice and helpful when I visit and make me feel welcome into, what is, in effect my mother’s home.”

“I just wanted to write on behalf of my family to thank everyone at QME Care for your exceptional care of my father. We are so very appreciative of how well you looked after him, and notably in the last few days of his life.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with the ongoing care of my father.”
