At QME Care, we provide specialist complex care for individuals with higher-level clinical needs, ensuring they receive expert support within a comfortable, homely environment.

Our complex care service is designed for people living with a wide range of conditions, including neurological disorders, physical disabilities, progressive illnesses, and those requiring advanced clinical interventions. We understand that complex care needs can be varied and sometimes unpredictable, which is why our approach is flexible, responsive, and tailored to each individual.

Based within Evanthea House, our complex care service allows us to support individuals with more advanced and specialised requirements. Our highly trained team is equipped to deliver a wide range of clinical interventions, while also focusing on the person as a whole – not just their condition.

Each resident receives a detailed, personalised care plan developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals, the individual, and their family. These plans are regularly reviewed to ensure care continues to meet changing needs and reflects personal goals and preferences.

We place a strong emphasis on maintaining quality of life. This includes supporting individuals to engage in meaningful activities, maintain relationships, and retain as much independence as possible. Our environment is designed to balance clinical excellence with comfort and familiarity.
