QME Care

Nursing Care

At QME Care, we provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care delivered by a dedicated team of experienced and compassionate professionals. We understand that moving into a care setting can be a significant life change, which is why our focus is on creating an environment where individuals feel safe, supported, and truly at home while receiving the clinical care they need.

Our nursing care is available 24 hours a day, with qualified nurses on duty to support a wide range of healthcare needs. This includes individuals living with long-term conditions, those requiring ongoing medical monitoring, and people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Our team works closely with GPs, district nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to care.

Before admission, we take time to get to know each individual and their family, carrying out a thorough assessment to develop a personalised care plan. These plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to reflect changing needs, ensuring care remains appropriate, effective, and centred around the individual.

Alongside clinical care, we place a strong emphasis on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Residents are supported to remain as active and involved as possible in their daily routines, with encouragement and reassurance from our team.

At QME Care, nursing care is about more than meeting medical needs, it is about providing holistic support that enhances wellbeing, builds trust, and ensures every individual feels valued and respected.

To apply and be added to our waiting list for a private, self-funded placement, please visit our application page. If you are seeking a local authority-funded placement, please speak with your social worker, who can refer you to us through the appropriate referral process.
