QME Care has won the Care Home of the Year category at the Scottish Care Awards for 2019 and 2020. These awards celebrate an individual service who are at the forefront of excellent care home provision in Scotland.
We are delighted to be recognised and are motivated to continue working to the very high standards that we pride ourselves upon.
Mrs Kelly Brown, QME Care Chief Executive said:
“We continually strive to evolve and become the best we can. Over the last 3 years we have worked hard to move to a rights/choice-based approach which enables people to be the best that they can.”
“The impact of the change in the model of care and support has created an environment that is happy, where the people who live here are contented. We have motivated staff teams who enjoy their work.”
